Open Access Policy

The Journal of Contemporary Business & Innovation (JCBI) is a fully open access journal. All published articles are freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication without subscription or registration. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles in accordance with the journal’s licensing terms.

Copyright Policy

Authors retain the copyright of their published work. By submitting and publishing in JCBI, authors grant the journal the right to publish and disseminate their work while retaining ownership of the copyright.

    Licensing Policy

     All articles published in JCBI are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.

     This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, adaptation, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author(s) and source

      are properly credited.

    Article Processing Charges (APC)

     JCBI does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, publication fees, or access fees. Publishing in the

     journal is completely free of charge.

    Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted to JCBI undergo a rigorous peer review process conducted by qualified experts in the relevant field.     Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

 JCBI follows internationally accepted principles of publication ethics. Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to maintain the highest   

 standards of integrity, transparency, confidentiality, and professional conduct throughout the publication process.

   Plagiarism Policy

All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism before peer review. Manuscripts containing plagiarism, duplicate publication, or unethical academic practices may be rejected or withdrawn.

   Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal relationships that could influence the research or the editorial process.

    Corrections and Retractions Policy

If significant errors or ethical concerns are identified after publication, JCBI may publish corrections, expressions of concern, or retract articles when necessary, following established publishing ethics.

    Data Availability Policy

Authors are encouraged to make the data supporting their research available whenever possible and to provide a data availability statement where appropriate.

     Archiving Policy

Personal information provided to JCBI, including names and email addresses, will be used solely for editorial and publishing purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for journal operations.
