PEER REVIEW PROCESS

The Journal of Contemporary Business & Innovation follows a double‑blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and integrity.

Review Process Steps:

1. Initial editorial screening for scope and quality

2. Double‑blind review by at least two independent reviewers

3. Reviewers’ recommendations

4. Editorial decision: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject

The Editor‑in‑Chief makes the final decision based on reviewers’ comments and the journal’s standards.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY

JCBI is a fully open‑access journal, meaning that all published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide without any subscription or payment.

Open Access Statement:

• Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, or link to the full texts of articles

• No subscription or registration is required

Article Processing Charges (APC):

Currently, no APC is charged for submission or publication.

Authors retain the copyright of their published work.

By submitting and publishing with JCBI, authors grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the work.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0)  unless otherwise stated.

PUBLICATION ETHICS & MALPRACTICE STATEMENT

The journal adheres to high ethical standards and follows the principles outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Ethical Responsibilities:

• Authors must ensure originality and proper citation

• Plagiarism, data fabrication, and falsification are strictly prohibited

• Manuscripts must not be under simultaneous consideration elsewhere

• All conflicts of interest must be disclosed

Editorial Responsibilities:

• Fair and unbiased editorial decisions

• Confidential handling of submissions

• Timely correction or retraction of published articles when necessary

Any ethical misconduct will result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript.
